API and custom integration
When the system you need is not a module, we connect it. DynaCore is headless, so every content type is reachable through controlled APIs, and every integration is scoped, built and documented for your project.
How we connect third-party tools
- REST and GraphQL APIs. Token-authenticated, scoped read and write access to every content type.
- Webhooks. DynaCore emits events (published, updated, submitted) to your CRM, ERP or notification tools.
- File exchange. Scheduled SFTP for on-premises systems such as SAP or a LIMS, with validation and error reporting. DynaCore can host the SFTP endpoint.
- Identity. SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 for staff sign-in (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta-compatible providers).
- Plugin SDK. Extensions on the Strapi plugin SDK, reviewed by Blü before deployment.
How a custom integration is delivered
- Discovery. We confirm what the system exposes, what data moves, in which direction, and how often.
- Integration register. Method, fields, owner and test plan documented before build.
- Build in staging. Connected to a sandbox or a copy of your data, never to production first.
- Validation. Your team confirms records on both sides before go-live.
- Documentation and support. Each integration is documented and covered by the support agreement.
Delivered custom integrations include SAP account-balance ingest, SirsiDynix library systems, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, CanadaHelps, KUBRA, Juvare Crisis Track and iWorQ. Custom integrations are scoped and priced individually.
